The Barn Loft is situated within the Marlpits house grounds, upon arriving guests will find a beautiful welcome hamper to start their stay the right way, the property is accessed via the wood & glass staircase outside.

 The spacious main bedroom features a king sized bed with all towels / linen and light airy windows providing a view out onto the gardens and countryside.

The open plan kitchen & living room space provides guests with all essential kitchen items needed to enjoy their getaway stay in the Norfolk countryside. The sofa also turns into a small double for up to two guests to stay providing the perfect stay for small families or couples, the room also features a smart flat-screen TV and free WiFi.

The bathroom features a large marble effect walk in shower with bath mat and towels, also including a toilet and sink unit with backlit mirror and heated towel rail.

Guests have access to the small grass patio area next to the car parking bays as-well as access to the upper garden beyond the gate featuring another outdoor seating area and sunken fire pit shared with the home owners.
