Set on the first floor of the same charming Victorian red-brick building as its sister apartment, Happy Valley is a spacious two-bedroom holiday home offering comfort, character, and a peaceful setting on the edge of Suffield Park.

 

The apartment's tall, airy windows are a real feature throughout, filling every room with natural light and giving the whole space a bright, relaxed feel from the moment you step inside.

Bedroom one offers a comfortable double bed, complemented by bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe for storage, and one of those lovely tall windows to wake up to. Bedroom two is perfect for children, friends, or family travelling together, with two single beds, matching bedside tables finished with rattan lamps, and its own tall window flooding the room with light.

The living room is a wonderfully sociable space, with a smart TV, a generous L-shaped sofa, a separate armchair, and an ottoman bench seat — plenty of room for the whole group to relax together after a day exploring the coast.

In the kitchen, a dining table comfortably seats four to six guests, making it easy to gather for meals together.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual amenities, including a toaster, kettle, combi microwave, oven, and washing machine, with stylish spotlighting throughout and windows overlooking the leafy views of Suffield Park.

The bathroom is well appointed with a bathtub, overhead shower and shower screen, toilet, sink basin, and a heated towel rail for that little extra comfort.
